Shipping Policy

Each topper is handmade to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared before it ships.

We charge a flat shipping rate of $8.00 per order, calculated automatically at checkout. Orders of $50.00 or more ship free.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

You can check the status of your order at any time on our order tracking page using your order number and email address.

Toppers are delicate — we package each one carefully to minimize the risk of damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.
